I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel! It's nestled right in the heart of Shinjuku, making it super convenient with easy access to Shinjuku station and the trains. The rooms were spacious and had a very comfortable bed, plus having a washing machine in the room was a lifesaver. The dining experience offered Sicilian products, which was a nice touch. However, the price could be a bit steep for some, and the service, while friendly, had some room for improvement.
